I gotta say, the Prosecco and Alexander Grappa I picked up were top-notch. The Prosecco had this really nice crisp and refreshing vibe going on, with some fruity hints that really hit the spot. Then, the Alexander Grappa came through with a bold and smooth flavor that was just perfect. And let's not forget about the packaging - so elegant, and you could tell they really put thought into every little detail, both in the design and the taste. All in all, I definitely suggest giving this brand a shot.

I'm super bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered something a few weeks back and still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting them multiple times but all I get is the same old "be patient" reply. It's pretty obvious that my order is lost somewhere, but they won't send out a new one or give me a refund.

Missing Items and Poor Customer Service
I just realized that a bunch of stuff was missing from my orders with this online store. So I contacted customer service, and they straight-up said my orders were fine and actually accused me of making up the missing items. That really got to me, made me feel like they didn't care about me or my business. So, I'm done with them - I'm shutting down my account and finding somewhere else to shop. I don't need that kind of disrespect from a company that doesn't appreciate its customers.
