I just ordered a really nice bouquet for a special occasion, but when it arrived, it was totally different from what I expected. It really bummed me out, so I contacted customer service to let them know how I felt. But all I got back was a generic email – no help at all. It's not cool for a company to not take responsibility and not communicate properly.
