Canvas print for a friend
I just bought a canvas print for a buddy, but there was a problem with how it was stretched. So, I got in touch with customer service for some help. I gotta say, they were super professional and really got where I was coming from. They said they'd redo the print at no cost and didn't even ask me to send back the messed up one. I was really impressed with their service and will for sure be buying from them again.

Nanoleaf Shapes Triangles (9 set)
I've had the Nanoleaf Shapes Triangles (9 set) for about 18 months now, and I gotta say, I love them! The different mood lighting options are amazing, and I have fun playing around with the 'Magic Scene' feature. But, I gotta be honest, the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes, and the lights often show as 'unavailable.' Luckily, I can usually fix it by manually turning them on and off, so it doesn't stop me from using them regularly. Despite the small hassle, I think the Nanoleaf Shapes are a fantastic addition to my space.

Computer software purchase
I'm really frustrated with the computer software I bought from this company. It was all buggy and bloated, plus it didn't even work right despite costing me a lot. And don't even get me started on their customer support - it was basically non-existent. I could never get any help when I needed it. To top it all off, their AI support agent just made things worse by hanging up on customers instead of actually fixing anything. This kind of incompetence should not be tolerated in this day and age.

I bought some hemp stuff from this company to try and get the benefits of CBD, but it turns out their products only have less than 1% THC, so they don't do much for medical use. I felt like they tricked me with their labels and I'm not happy with their customer service when I tried to talk to them about it.
