    Home kit bulbs

    I recently bought a bunch of home kit bulbs from this company, hoping to make my home feel cozier with their smart lighting tech. The bulbs themselves seem pretty good, especially the Matter ones. However, I had some major issues with their app that really messed up my whole experience. I tried reaching out to their customer support by email, but it's been 20 days and still no response. The lack of communication and help has me feeling frustrated and let down. A company should provide good support for their products, it's a big part of the user experience. Until they step up their customer service game, I can't recommend their stuff to anyone. If you have the choice, I'd say look into other options before buying from them.
