The washer was tearing up my clothes, so I reached out to the manager for help. Even though I had insurance and a technician come to check the machine, the manager just brushed off my concerns. He kept saying I was overloading the machine, even though I showed him the damaged clothes and sheets. I tried to explain that I was only washing a sheet set and some pillowcases, but he wouldn't listen. It was so unprofessional how he just walked away without trying to fix the problem. For the amount of money I spent on those appliances, I deserved way better treatment. Juan from the appliances department did try to help, but the manager's bad attitude ruined any positive experience. I'm hoping the insurance and appliance company can sort things out because that manager was a letdown.

First off, let me just say I am so let down by the smart lighting system I got. They call them "smart," but honestly, they're far from it. Out of the five sets I picked up, three starters crapped out in the first year, and then another one kicked the bucket after two years. To top it off, the "smart" remote that came with it died on me within the first week. It's pretty obvious these lights are not up to par quality-wise, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone hunting for a reliable long-lasting smart lighting fix. And can we talk about how these lights suck up way too much energy, even when they're just chillin' on standby? All in all, this purchase was a major letdown and a total waste of cash.
