I was so pumped to get my hands on my new coilovers, everyone was raving about how awesome they are. I finally got them, and they were exactly what I was hoping for - top quality and a great design. It was such a pain having to deal with the whole return process and waiting for the right part to come in. Despite that hiccup, I gotta shout out the customer service team, they really came through. They were super quick to fix my issue and made sure I got the right part ASAP. Overall, I'm happy with my buy, but it would've been way better if they got my order right the first time.

Eh, overall, I'm pretty happy with the timing belt kit I got from the website. But, there was a problem with the water pump being bent from shipping. There's no option to stop receiving these annoying emails, and they're even showing other customers' email addresses, which is a big privacy breach. It's not cool how they're handling customers' personal info. They need to fix this right away. They should really upgrade their data protection policies to avoid more problems like this down the road.
