So, I got this wonky heater that decided to conk out on me after only a few times using it. But hey, props to their customer service team, they actually swapped out the bum part for me without any extra charge. They were super helpful and quick about it too. Gotta give 'em credit for that. Even though we got off to a rough start, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again down the road.
