Faulty heater replacement
So, I got this wonky heater that decided to conk out on me after only a few times using it. But hey, props to their customer service team, they actually swapped out the bum part for me without any extra charge. They were super helpful and quick about it too. Gotta give 'em credit for that. Even though we got off to a rough start, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again down the road.

Domain name issue resolved
Gillian really saved the day for me with my domain name problem that other folks couldn't figure out for over a week. She was super clear in her explanations, really paid attention, and made sure to stay on top of everything to get it sorted out. Lipstick and foundation
I was really looking forward to trying out the lipstick and foundation from this brand, especially because they're supposed to be good for people with sensitive skin and allergies. But, I have to say, I was a bit let down by how they turned out. The lipstick was kind of dry and tough to put on, plus the color didn't stay on for very long. And the foundation felt really heavy on my skin and didn't cover up as much as I wanted it to. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with how these products worked.

Passcode removal tool
The passcode removal tool promised no data loss when unlocking my phone, but it ended up wiping everything when I tried it. I didn't have any backups, so all my data was gone. I was so frustrated and let down by the tool for not keeping its word. It felt like a waste of money on a product that didn't work properly.
