The bus was bang on time, which was awesome. The driver was super friendly and gave us a nice welcome message before we took off. The bus was spotless and cozy. But, all that goodness was kinda spoiled by some loud passengers yapping on their phones through the bus speakers the whole darn trip!

The guy I spoke with in customer service, let's just call him Mr. A, was fantastic. He really paid attention to everything I had to say, addressed all my worries, and made the whole thing super easy. He did more than I expected to make sure I was satisfied with what I bought, and I was really grateful for that.
