I got my partner a set of silicone rings a couple of months back for their birthday. Sadly, one of the rings started tearing pretty quickly after they started wearing it. I reached out to customer service to try and sort out the problem, but they were not very helpful. They didn't want to give me a refund or send a replacement without extra charges. Plus, they ignored my request to talk to a manager, which just made me even more frustrated. All in all, I was let down by the product's quality and the poor customer service I received.
