    Ordered next day delivery, but the item wasn't sent out until the morning after, so it's running late. Spent a ton of time on online chat to get a refund for the delivery fee. The person I talked to said the item would arrive the next day, but it's been 2 days and still no sign of it. They really need to up their customer service game.

    Birthday gift disappointment

    I've been a loyal member of that cosmetic brand for a while now and I always looked forward to their birthday gift, usually some awesome skincare products! But this year they sent me a mascara, which I don't even wear. Ugh! And to top it off, the online chat customer service was awful - they closed the chat before I could even finish saying anything. Not cool at all!

    I recently picked up the Day wear face cream, advanced night repair serum, and eye gel from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to take a chance, and boy am I glad I did. The products came right on time and were nicely wrapped. Plus, I got some extra stuff like free samples and discounts that just made my day. The Day wear face cream, advanced night repair serum, and eye gel all were top-notch quality, just like I expected. They did wonders for my skin that tends to be a mix of oily and dry, and they stayed put all day long. The attention to detail in the packaging was also impressive - everything arrived in perfect shape. Overall, my experience was even better than I thought it would be, and you can bet I'll be coming back for more.

It was hard to watch her like that, especially since they didn't have enough staff. The company really needs to focus on taking care of their employees to prevent situations like that from happening again.

    I just bought the 30ml brightening serum and I gotta say, it was a real letdown. When I got it, I found out there was only enough serum for two pumps in the bottle. For $75.00, I was expecting a lot more. I feel like I got scammed and won't be buying this again.

Once the agent realized I was understanding and patient, her tone changed and she was happy to help me out.
