I've been a loyal customer of this company for over 20 years now, and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. However, I recently had a small issue with a missing order confirmation. When I reached out to customer service for help, I could sense a bit of frustration in the agent's voice. Having worked in customer service before, I know how tough it can be. It's important to remember that these agents are just following company rules, and if something goes wrong with your order, it's not their fault personally. Treating them with kindness and respect is key, as they deal with difficult customers every day. Once the agent realized I was understanding and patient, her tone changed and she was happy to help me out.
