Recent order issues
Hey there, I just wanted to chat about a few issues I've come across with my recent orders from your company. Sometimes I've noticed things missing or the wrong stuff has been sent to me. I totally get that mistakes happen sometimes, but it would be awesome if we could nail it right the first time. When I reach out to customer service about the mix-ups, they do fix things up for me, but it can be a bit of a headache, you know? I've also seen some other companies selling the same Estée Lauder products, and they're a bit cheaper and faster with their deliveries. I might have to think about switching to them if these issues keep popping up. Thanks for listening!
