Returns & RefundsI bought two nice perfumes the other day, but they didn't get here in time for the special event I had in mind. When I returned them, I thought for sure I'd get a refund right away. But surprise, surprise - Dior decided to keep the refund on hold because some free samples were missing from the original order. They didn't even tell me about this policy, so now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down.
