I just ordered some craft supplies from Scrapbook.com. But, eh, my package got lost in transit because of a storm. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful and understanding. They refunded my shipping fees and quickly sent out a new package. Got the replacement order today and I'm really pleased with how everything turned out. I just returned three pairs of shoes for a refund, like the company told me to. It's been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything back or gotten my $200 back. I emailed them but still no response. I'm pretty frustrated with how this whole thing is going down, to be honest.

The website had everything I needed to make my reservation. It was easy to use and I didn't have any problems with it. I was able to book my reservation quickly and easily.
