Delayed order
I gotta say, the customer service at this place is just terrible. I ordered my stuff three weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped out. And whenever I tried to contact them by email, it took them forever to reply, always with the same excuse of having too many inquiries to handle. Plus, there's no phone number to call for help, which is ridiculous. They didn't even bother to let us know about the warehouse issue causing the delay. Is this really the kind of service Canadians are okay with? Pretty disappointing, if you ask me. I guess I'll be sticking to American companies from now on.
