I recently bought something on this website and I was really happy with how everything went. The shipping was pretty fast and all my stuff came in good shape. After that, I bought more stuff and I've been just as happy with the jewelry's quality.

I ordered some camera gear, eh, but I haven't received it even after a whole month, you know! The support team didn't even ship it out and some of the items were out of stock. I tried placing another order when it was back in stock, but the same thing happened, eh! I'm starting to wonder if it's a scam or if they've gone out of business, you know? Don't waste your time ordering from here, eh!

I gotta say, the customer service at this place is just terrible. I ordered my stuff three weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped out. And whenever I tried to contact them by email, it took them forever to reply, always with the same excuse of having too many inquiries to handle. Plus, there's no phone number to call for help, which is ridiculous. They didn't even bother to let us know about the warehouse issue causing the delay. Is this really the kind of service Canadians are okay with? Pretty disappointing, if you ask me. I guess I'll be sticking to American companies from now on.
