As a customer, I thought the product was really handy and useful for what I needed. But, I did notice it had some limitations in terms of its professional features. Even so, it still worked well as a flying solution for me.

The selection of games at Penn was really great, eh? There were so many slot machines and table games to pick from. I had a lot of fun playing different games and testing my luck to win some cash. The vibe was so lively and exciting, just made it a fun spot to hang out.

Air purifier
I was really let down by the air purifier I bought. The filter got full super fast and was way too expensive. When I tried to clean it, I realized it could get wrecked easily. The design was bad - dust and dog hair got stuck on the fan and I couldn't clean it well. I had to spend over $500 on replacement filters just after three weeks. So now, instead of buying pricey new filters, I just wash the fabric one and use it again. Bottom line, the air purifier didn't do what it was supposed to - keep the air clean, especially with everything going on with the pandemic.

So, I went and got some new toys from that amazing store. It was really fun choosing them, and the salesperson was great - really cool and helpful. I got to learn a bunch about all kinds of toys and what would be good for me. The prices were a bit steep, but totally worth it for the good quality. Online order shipping issue
I had a big problem with an online order I made recently. The thing I bought was stuck in the company's online system for almost a month! I kept trying to get help and fix the issue, but nothing happened. The chat on the website was so annoying, always refreshing and not easy to use. When I finally talked to someone, they were not very helpful and just gave me basic answers. Even when I tried to escalate the problem, it took supervisors a whole week to respond with the same useless info. This whole situation has me wondering if the company's customer service is really as good as they claim.
