As a customer, I thought the product was really handy and useful for what I needed. But, I did notice it had some limitations in terms of its professional features. Even so, it still worked well as a flying solution for me.

I'm pretty bummed that my package still hasn't arrived at the pick-up spot. It's been way over a month since it was supposed to get there, and I haven't heard anything about where it might be. This lack of info and slow delivery has really ticked me off and made things harder for me. I was hoping for better service from the company, so I'm feeling let down by the whole ordeal.
