Useful, convenient with obvious professional limits but a good flying solution.
As a customer, I thought the product was really handy and useful for what I needed. But, I did notice it had some limitations in terms of its professional features. Even so, it still worked well as a flying solution for me.
Parcel not received
I'm pretty bummed that my package still hasn't arrived at the pick-up spot. It's been way over a month since it was supposed to get there, and I haven't heard anything about where it might be. This lack of info and slow delivery has really ticked me off and made things harder for me. I was hoping for better service from the company, so I'm feeling let down by the whole ordeal.
Tripod
So I bought this tripod from the company the other day, and I gotta say, the tripod itself is pretty solid. But man, their customer support was seriously lacking. I couldn't get a hold of anyone through the contact links, they were all dead ends. And there was no clear way to start a return or ask any questions.
Quality product, fast shipping, worth the price
This product is honestly amazing! The materials are top quality and the construction is solid. I was so fed up with those cheap $20 tripods from Amazon that kept breaking on me, so I decided to treat myself to this one and wow, what a game changer! You can definitely tell and feel the difference in quality right off the bat.
Yellow Podzilla
The yellow Podzilla was a great buy for me. I was looking for a camera accessory that wasn't the usual black, and this product was just right. It worked really well for filming videos during a walking challenge event, especially in low-light conditions on a windy hillside. The yellow colour was a nice change from the usual black camera accessories, and it made it easier for me to spot it because of my disability. I could attach it to different surfaces, like fences and even a Royal Mail red mailbox. The delivery was fast and easy, which was a nice surprise.
Cell Phone Adapter purchase
I had two JOBY Gorilla pod camera tripods just gathering dust on a shelf since I mostly use my phone for photos nowadays. So, I reached out to customer service to find out if there was an adapter to use my Gorillapods with my phone. They were super helpful, pointed me in the right direction, and I got the adapter in just a few days. Now I can use my Gorillapods with my phone and I'm thrilled about it!
Unfulfilled Order Experience
So, I had a recent run-in with the customer service team at this company called Vivendum, and let me tell you, it was a real headache. I ordered something back on September 5th, and after waiting for five whole weeks, my package never showed up. I've been trying to get a refund ever since, but no luck. This guy named Kevin, who's supposed to be helping me out, has been useless and slow this whole time. I've wasted so much time on trying to fix this mess that I finally had to take it up with American Express. Long story short, I'm never buying from these guys again.

An amazing video platform for vlogging and making videos all in one. The diffuser on the lights could use a bit of improvement, but a little duct tape or Gorilla tape can easily solve that issue. I ended up switching to a bigger tripod for more stability.

I got an email with a case number, but I still don't know what's happening with my refund. This kind of customer service is not okay, and I just want my money back now.
