CommunicationI can't believe how frustrating it was to try and get information about a product I wanted to buy. Both companies I contacted seemed so lost and just kept passing me around. And to top it off, they don't even offer international shipping! Like, really? How is that even a thing in this day and age? It's just mind-boggling. And on top of all that, the packaging was a total mess. It's amazing the product even made it in one piece.<br><br>Now I haven't even had a chance to try out the product because it didn't arrive in time for my surf trip. Such a huge letdown.
