I'm pretty bummed that my package still hasn't arrived at the pick-up spot. It's been way over a month since it was supposed to get there, and I haven't heard anything about where it might be. This lack of info and slow delivery has really ticked me off and made things harder for me. I was hoping for better service from the company, so I'm feeling let down by the whole ordeal.

I got an email with a case number, but I still don't know what's happening with my refund. This kind of customer service is not okay, and I just want my money back now.
