JOBY - Reviews and experiences

So I bought this tripod from the company the other day, and I gotta say, the tripod itself is pretty solid. But man, their customer support was seriously lacking. I couldn't get a hold of anyone through the contact links, they were all dead ends. And there was no clear way to start a return or ask any questions.

I had two JOBY Gorilla pod camera tripods just gathering dust on a shelf since I mostly use my phone for photos nowadays. So, I reached out to customer service to find out if there was an adapter to use my Gorillapods with my phone. They were super helpful, pointed me in the right direction, and I got the adapter in just a few days. Now I can use my Gorillapods with my phone and I'm thrilled about it!

The company's service was amazing! They took care of the problem right away, communicated really well, and sent me a replacement right off the bat.

I lost a key part to one of my products and when I contacted them to buy a replacement, they actually offered to send me one for free. Even though it was totally my fault. The communication was great and the whole process was super easy and satisfying. I definitely recommend this company for their top-notch customer service and commitment to making customers happy.

The folks on the customer service team at this store really knew their stuff when it came to finding the right part for me. They were super friendly and helpful the whole way through. I got the part I needed really quickly, which was a nice surprise. The prices were reasonable and not crazy like some other places I've been to. All in all, I was really impressed with the great service and how fast they got me what I needed.

The customer service rep I talked to really knew their stuff and was super understanding about my problem. They explained that my old Gorilla Pod quick release tab wasn't being made anymore in a way that was easy to understand. I was bummed out, but the rep didn't stop there. They went the extra mile to find a solution. Thanks to my son-in-law's handy work, I now have a homemade quick release tab that lets me use my new phone grip with my old Gorilla Pod. Huge thanks to the rep for all their help and knowledge.
