Needed for a move, bad back; delivery fast, staff actually helpful, pleasantly surprised.

Was annoyed at first, but after months support came through — shoutout to Madelene. The boxers actually feel comfy, soft waist, I end up wearing them at home all weekend. Bit of a wait though.

satisfied in the end. Saw this after a coworker tipped me, so I tried it despite being wary. First order was a mess — wrong size and colour, they asked for photos of packing I didn't keep and seemed to dodge responsibility so I gave up. Next time they fixed it quickly and politely, so yeah, decent comeback.

I went to the store the other day and I was really impressed by the amazing service I got from this young guy in a cap. Even though the store was really busy, he still took the time to say hi to me, tell me all about the products, and he was super friendly the whole time. His customer service skills were top notch and he had a smile on his face the whole time which made my shopping experience great. It's nice to see that there are still people out there who care about giving good service in retail. I'll definitely be going back to this store for my next shopping trip.
