CommunicationI first spotted the shoes on Instagram after a friend recommended them. Ordered Jan 3. No sign of the package yet. Their website contact form failed, emails unanswered. Not great, but shoes looked decent on photos.

CommunicationI actually bought this for my nagging lower-back pain and was half expecting the usual online shuffle. At first support ghosted me — I emailed, waited, emailed again — classic. Then out of the blue a rep followed up, offered a return label and a quick tip that fixed the crooked strap (small thing, huge difference). That moment I sighed and thought, okay, worth it. Would've liked faster replies, but hey, it worked out and I'm relieved.
