I got the backpack, but it doesn't have the quick-access laptop zipper like in the pictures. I'm pretty bummed about the false advertising and missing such an important feature.

The Bucks Pro Shop is amazing! They have the best Milwaukee Bucks gear, like jerseys, hats, and t-shirts. I found everything I needed to cheer on the team. The products are really good quality, and the customer service was great. The staff was so nice and made sure I got everything I wanted. The prices were fair, and my order came fast. I'm really happy with my experience at Bucks Pro Shop!

As a customer at ShipStation, I was really disappointed with their service. I noticed that ShipStation keeps a big discount from its UPS account for themselves and doesn't pass on any savings to us, the customers. When we set up our own UPS account with Stamps.com, we saw a 30% decrease in shipping costs compared to ShipStation's default UPS account, which was frustrating. Even though we made our own UPS account the default, ShipStation's preset rules stopped us from using it until we deleted them. This lack of transparency and not sharing discounts with customers is a real downside for me. That's why I've decided to stop using ShipStation and check out other options like Shippo for my shipping needs.
