Bought this bag because I lug my laptop to work every day — delivery was quick and it arrived packed (oddly, there was a tiny rain cover included — nice surprise). Six months the zipper started to fail, so I filed a warranty claim and got swamped with paperwork and photo requests — weird angles, more receipts, circus — and then they closed it as 'normal wear'. Customer service bounced me between agents; one was helpful but couldn't change the outcome. Great delivery, disappointing warranty handling and service overall.

I'm fixing a strap with twine, in the middle of nowhere, red dirt everywhere, and my Targus pack is holding a lens worth more than my car. I bought it in 2014 with a lifelong warranty and it kept failing every few years, so replacements were expected. After I jury-rigged a patch in the African bush it still did its job, but the warranty claim was refused — support didn't care about context, just fine print. The bag's tough and comfy, but the service? Not great.

Hey, so like 2 years back, I got this really awesome backpack. It's super cool and really good quality, but the zipper just broke because I use it all the time, no matter the weather. The customer service folks were really nice and quickly sorted things out for me. They're sending me a new bag to replace it. This company is the real deal, I definitely suggest checking them out.

I bought a new power charger for my notebook recently from a store, but it started acting up after just one month. I tried reaching out to the company that made the charger, but their customer service team was not very helpful and kept causing delays. They kept saying not to return it, but to call them instead, which only made things more complicated. When they finally admitted there was an issue, it was too late to return it to the store where I bought it. They even tried to blame my notebook for the problem, saying it wasn't their fault. Even though it was still under warranty, they wouldn't honor it. The back and forth emails went on for two months, and it was a really frustrating experience.
