New laptop bag
So I just got this new laptop bag and I have to say, it's really well made. None of that cheap stuff that falls apart after a week. The website was super easy to use for ordering and they even gave me the exact delivery date. The quality is amazing, I can tell this bag is gonna last me a long time. Honestly, it's the best bag I've ever had!
Overpriced lifetime warranty
I can't believe I actually shelled out extra money for a "lifetime warranty" that they clearly have no plans to follow through on. What a rip-off! I'm really let down by this product, and I can guarantee you that I won't be buying anything from this company in the future.
Early Delivery Experience
My order came earlier than I thought, which was nice. But the delivery guy had trouble speaking English and called me a bunch of times to ask about my apartment number. It took a few tries for us to get it right, and I had to pull over while driving to explain things. Even though we had a hard time understanding each other, I was grateful for the delivery guy's effort to make sure my order got to me.
