I can't believe I actually shelled out extra money for a "lifetime warranty" that they clearly have no plans to follow through on. What a rip-off! I'm really let down by this product, and I can guarantee you that I won't be buying anything from this company in the future.

This is my third time buying from this store, and I have to say, I'm impressed yet again. I got a couple iPad covers before, and this time I picked up a briefcase for my Apple notebook. What really got me was the dark gray color that won't get dirty easily, so it'll stay looking good for a while. The quality of the products is what really stands out, though. They're well-made and user-friendly, which makes things easier for me. It would be nice if the products were made in North America, but that's just a small thing.

My order came earlier than I thought, which was nice. But the delivery guy had trouble speaking English and called me a bunch of times to ask about my apartment number. It took a few tries for us to get it right, and I had to pull over while driving to explain things. Even though we had a hard time understanding each other, I was grateful for the delivery guy's effort to make sure my order got to me.

I recently bought a bag from the Newport Collection and let me tell you, it’s a fantastic bag! The padding is top-notch, the compartments are well thought out, and the fact that it can expand is a huge bonus. But I was a little let down with the limited color choices they had. The options were a bit dull for my outgoing personality, especially in these pandemic times.

So, to fix that, I took matters into my own hands and decided to paint the bag. The end result turned out really amazing and even got some positive attention, including from the brand itself on Twitter.
