The photo prints I ordered turned out really bad. The colors were all washed out and the pictures were all fuzzy and pixelated, so I couldn't even use them. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all. They didn't believe that there was a problem with the prints. Dealing with this company was super frustrating and disappointing.
