Chatbooks - Reviews and experiences

So, I was pumped to get this book that was 10 x 10, but then I noticed they charged me $99 instead of $77.09. It was a bit confusing, but they ended up cancelling the first order so I could get the right price, which was pretty awesome. All in all, I'd give their service five stars because they sorted out the billing problem and I got my hands on the book eventually.

I was so impressed with the quality of my photobook from my recent trip to Morocco. Everything from the cover to the size and number of pages was perfect. The customer service rep I spoke with was really helpful and knew her stuff. She took the time to go through all my options and even let me know about a discount I could use. The only downside for me was the price, a bit steep for my liking. But the happiness I get from my 160-page book and all the compliments I've received make it worth it. I'll for sure be using this service again for my next photobook.
