ComplaintsHey everybody, just wanted to talk about my experience making photo books. I was really pumped to get some new ones, but when they finally came, I was pretty disappointed. The photos and paper quality were not the same as my old ones at all! I contacted their customer service, they were really nice and all, but it didn't solve the problem. I was really hoping for the same great quality like before, but now I'm considering trying a different service.
