Charged incorrectly, excellent customer service
I had a little problem when I was charged the wrong amount for something I bought. So, I got in touch with Customer Service for some help, and I was pretty happy with how fast and efficient they were in fixing things. The person I talked to was really nice and they said they'd get me a refund right away. And you know what? They did! The money was back in my bank account on the same day. I was so relieved and thankful for how smoothly everything got sorted out.
