I totally agree with the other one-star reviews here. This whole experience felt like a total scam from beginning to end. The prices were misleading, and the extra fees we had to pay when picking up the rental were way too high. It was obvious that the providers Holiday Autos works with are shady and deceptive. I should have listened to the warnings and not used this company at all. Stick with trustworthy companies like Hertz for a hassle-free rental experience.
