We had a few hiccups when setting up our hosting account at first, like taking a bit longer to fix things and needing to check in often to push things along. But, all in all, the page is doing what it should. The people we've rented to through the site have been great renters, which has made it a good experience for us.

I just bought a manual online, eh, and it was pretty rough with the images and text, you know? I was prepared to jump through hoops to get a refund or a new one, but the customer service folks really came through. They not only found a better version but even updated my manual for me, can you believe it? Their help was top-notch, eh.
