This chair is pretty comfy, but there are a couple things that bug me. The height adjustment isn't great, sometimes there's a sharp piece poking through the cushion, and the headrest isn't very cozy. But overall, it does the job as a decent chair.

The rental process went really well, eh. I got picked up and dropped off at the airport with no problems at all. The staff were super nice and helpful the whole time. I would for sure recommend this service to other people, eh.
