Leather bracelet purchase
I bought a leather bracelet on vacation not long ago, shelling out a good amount because I thought it was a quality piece. But, lo and behold, after just three weeks the leather snapped and left me super disappointed and ticked off. I contacted customer service for help, hoping they'd sort things out, but they told me I had to deal with the store directly for a replacement or refund. Despite the nice emails from customer service, their lack of action seriously let me down. It's crazy to think that a product like this would fall apart so fast, and now I'm questioning the brand's quality overall. They did offer me a discount on my next buy, but it doesn't make up for all the hassle and disappointment I've gone through.

Barbie Print Tracksuit Set
I just bought a Barbie print tracksuit from this online store. I was a bit unsure about getting clothes from a wholesale site, especially with the sizing. I ended up going a size bigger because I've had issues with Chinese clothing sizes in the past, and that was the right call. The pants fit great, but the top was way too big. The material was decent for the price, but I was disappointed that the sizes didn't match up. If you're thinking about ordering from this store, just be careful with the sizes.
