live boots
I just bought a pair of boots online, eh. They looked exactly like the picture on the website, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was that it took three weeks for them to arrive. But even with the longer wait, I'm happy with the boots. They look awesome and are definitely good quality, eh.
Unsatisfactory online purchase
This company is such a letdown. Their tracking system is practically useless, so you're left wondering where your order is. Mine has been stuck at "awaiting packaging" for more than a week now, which makes me doubt if it'll ever even get shipped. And their shipping charges are way too high compared to other companies. It looks like this inefficiency is a frequent problem, judging by other people's complaints. I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.
Size Medium clothing purchase, Quick response time
The outfit I bought in a medium was spot on, since I usually rock a size six. It was my second time ordering from them and even though this one seemed to be taking longer than the first, I figured I'd shoot customer service a message for an update. They were super quick to get back to me and let me know exactly when to expect my order. So far, so good!
Long dress
All in all, my experience with the long dress I bought was pretty good! The dress was super nice and well-crafted, showing that the brand really cares about giving their customers stylish and trendy clothing. The only downside was that the dress ended up being a bit shorter than I thought it would be, which was surprising since I'm not that tall, only 5'5". But even with that hiccup, the dress fit great and looked awesome on me. Plus, my order came in a reasonable amount of time, so I didn't have to wait forever to get it.

I just got a puffa coat from an online store and it took a crazy long two and a half weeks to get to me. When it finally arrived, I was bummed to see that the coat was super flat and not like what was described. On top of that, I had to pay almost £10 for delivery, which seemed like way too much given the wait and the low quality of the coat. I called customer service and asked for a returns note and a full refund.

The stuff I got was top-notch. The prices were great and the delivery was super fast. I love shopping with this company. I haven't had to send anything back yet. I'd totally suggest it to my friends and family.

I just ordered a black dress from this online store, eh. The process was easy and the shipping was really fast, eh. But when I tried on the dress, it didn't fit properly, eh. Now I have to deal with returning it or exchanging it for a bigger size, eh.
Delayed order, unhelpful customer service
I bought something over two months ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but I can't seem to talk to an actual person. The automated responses from customer service aren't helpful at all - they just keep telling me to be patient even though the tracking info hasn't changed in weeks. The website is hard to use and I've asked for a refund several times with no luck.
Christmas clothing purchase
I swear, I'm never buying from this store again. It took like forever for my Christmas clothes to come, and when they finally did, they were terrible quality. The stitching was all messed up, there was even a hole in one of them. And don't even get me started on the feathers barely hanging on. Such a letdown, now I gotta deal with the whole refund process.

I've been eagerly waiting for my order to show up for a whole month, only to open the box and be totally let down. Those high heels I got look nothing like the ones in the picture – they're stiff as anything and would definitely wreck my feet if I tried to wear them. I'm super disappointed with what I got and I need to send them back right away. Can you help me figure out how to do that and get my money back?
