Size Medium clothing purchase, Quick response time
The outfit I bought in a medium was spot on, since I usually rock a size six. It was my second time ordering from them and even though this one seemed to be taking longer than the first, I figured I'd shoot customer service a message for an update. They were super quick to get back to me and let me know exactly when to expect my order. So far, so good!
Long dress
All in all, my experience with the long dress I bought was pretty good! The dress was super nice and well-crafted, showing that the brand really cares about giving their customers stylish and trendy clothing. The only downside was that the dress ended up being a bit shorter than I thought it would be, which was surprising since I'm not that tall, only 5'5". But even with that hiccup, the dress fit great and looked awesome on me. Plus, my order came in a reasonable amount of time, so I didn't have to wait forever to get it.
Delayed order, unhelpful customer service
I bought something over two months ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but I can't seem to talk to an actual person. The automated responses from customer service aren't helpful at all - they just keep telling me to be patient even though the tracking info hasn't changed in weeks. The website is hard to use and I've asked for a refund several times with no luck.
Shoes
I just bought a pair of shoes from your store and I gotta say I'm really happy with them. The new shoes I got were the same size as my old ones, but they fit bigger on the inside, which is exactly what I needed. I'm really pleased with how they feel and they seem to be really good quality.

I've ordered from this company a few times and usually I've been happy with what I've got. But this last time, I bought a long jean jacket and it wasn't what I hoped for. The jacket came pretty quickly, which was good, but it had this really strong chemical smell and the sleeves were too short. Even after washing it a bunch of times, the smell stuck around and I couldn't wear it. It was a letdown and felt like I wasted my money, especially since everything else in my order was fine.

Hey there,
I've been eagerly waiting for my order to show up for a whole month, only to open the box and be totally let down. Those high heels I got look nothing like the ones in the picture – they're stiff as anything and would definitely wreck my feet if I tried to wear them. I'm super disappointed with what I got and I need to send them back right away. Can you help me figure out how to do that and get my money back? I'm in a real hurry for some new shoes and this whole situation has me feeling upset and annoyed.
