I just got a puffa coat from an online store and it took a crazy long two and a half weeks to get to me. When it finally arrived, I was bummed to see that the coat was super flat and not like what was described. On top of that, I had to pay almost £10 for delivery, which seemed like way too much given the wait and the low quality of the coat. I called customer service and asked for a returns note and a full refund.

I just ordered a black dress from this online store, eh. The process was easy and the shipping was really fast, eh. But when I tried on the dress, it didn't fit properly, eh. Now I have to deal with returning it or exchanging it for a bigger size, eh.

I bought something over two months ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but I can't seem to talk to an actual person. The automated responses from customer service aren't helpful at all - they just keep telling me to be patient even though the tracking info hasn't changed in weeks. The website is hard to use and I've asked for a refund several times with no luck.

I've been eagerly waiting for my order to show up for a whole month, only to open the box and be totally let down. Those high heels I got look nothing like the ones in the picture – they're stiff as anything and would definitely wreck my feet if I tried to wear them. I'm super disappointed with what I got and I need to send them back right away. Can you help me figure out how to do that and get my money back? I'm in a real hurry for some new shoes and this whole situation has me feeling upset and annoyed.
