Recent Vacation in New Zealand
We did a bunch of cool stuff during our trip to New Zealand and it all went super smoothly. Paying was a breeze, the tours were right on time and awesome. This one tour even took us back to a different spot than where we began, which was really neat and stood out to me. I totally trust and appreciate this platform's service, and can't wait to use it again next time.

Bought dresses, good quality but tops too narrow for my shoulders
Wow, eh! The customer service team is seriously awesome, eh? They got back to me real quick, even on weekends and late at night. And they really went out of their way to speed up my emergency order. Everybody was so patient and friendly, eh? The dresses are absolutely fantastic, but unfortunately the tops were too narrow for my broad shoulders. Despite that, I'm just thrilled with my purchase, eh?

Lip balm purchase
Ugh, can't believe how awful my trip to the store was today. The people working there were seriously rude and straight up called me a liar when I was just trying to get my order. And don't even get me started on the online chat support - totally useless! Felt like I was talking to a robot the whole time. Now I'm not only out of my money but also my lip balm. So frustrating!! 😡
