    Luggage and packing cubes purchase

    I picked up this luggage and packing cubes for my trip to Asia, and let me tell you, they were amazing. The quality was top-notch and they fit all my things just right. But when I got back, I noticed a dent and some broken zippers on my luggage. I was worried I'd have to argue to get it fixed, but you know what? They didn't make me fight at all! They simply said, "Not a problem, we'll send you a brand new one right away." No blaming the airline, no going back and forth, just a straightforward message that they stand by their product and warranty. It was awesome!

    Double charged for same order

    Can you believe it, eh? I was just trying to buy something online, eh, and the website went ahead and charged me twice for the exact same thing. Can you believe that? And on top of that, they sent me the same item two times. Can you imagine? I contacted customer service, and they said they would send me an email. But you know what, eh? I never got that email. The whole situation was a total disaster, and now I'm definitely not going to shop there anymore, eh.
