Double charged for same order
Can you believe it, eh? I was just trying to buy something online, eh, and the website went ahead and charged me twice for the exact same thing. Can you believe that? And on top of that, they sent me the same item two times. Can you imagine? I contacted customer service, and they said they would send me an email. But you know what, eh? I never got that email. The whole situation was a total disaster, and now I'm definitely not going to shop there anymore, eh.

£75 worth of items
I ordered $75 worth of stuff online and waited for a whole week for some news about my order. The website said it should take 3-5 days for delivery, but after 7 days, my order was still being processed. When I reached out to customer service through live chat, they said they couldn't give me a specific time because they were swamped, which I found pretty irritating. I ended up asking for a refund because it was just a big waste of my time.

Flea treatment
I bought some flea stuff for my pet from an online store that sells pet supplies, and it was a letdown. The product came all the way from Singapore instead of here in Canada, so it took forever to get to me, almost 3 weeks! When I used the flea treatment on my pet, it didn't really do the job well. I tried to write a review on their website to let others know about my experience, but they never posted it. I noticed that all the other reviews were super positive, and it made me think they might be hiding the negative ones to boost their sales.
