I bought the Spark amp and was pretty happy with it at first. But then it conked out on me after only 5 months, well within the one-year warranty. I've been going back and forth with customer service for a whole month now and I even sent the amp back to them. But still, no replacement or solution in sight. It's frustrating to have to wait so long to get back to playing my guitar.

I bought a phone case online recently and I'm pretty pleased with it. But I got kinda thrown off when the package came from a different company, was not expecting that at all. It would have been nice if they were more upfront about their shipping details on their site. This whole thing has got me thinking twice about ordering from them directly next time.

I ordered some shoes online from that popular website but they never showed up. I tried calling BKFootwear.com but the number was disconnected. I also contacted the online platform where I bought them from but still haven't heard back. It's really annoying!
