I ordered a pair of shoes online and man, when they showed up, they were totally different than what I saw on the website. And get this - I had to shell out for the return shipping, even though they didn't say anything about that before. I had to wait forever to talk to customer service and they couldn't even decide who should cover the return costs. No way am I buying from them again!

I bought some shoes that were too big for me, so I had to return them. It was a total ordeal and ended up costing me way more than what I paid for them. I ended up losing money all because of a silly sizing problem, which was super annoying and just not right. The company's return policy is the worst and it caused me a lot of stress and money. It's just so frustrating that they make it so tough for people to get their cash back! Shame on them!

I ordered some shoes online from that popular website but they never showed up. I tried calling BKFootwear.com but the number was disconnected. I also contacted the online platform where I bought them from but still haven't heard back. It's really annoying!
