When I got in touch with FedEx, turns out TPC had gone ahead and agreed to cover those fees for me, without even checking with me first. So now I'm stuck in a bind. And when I tried to get some help from TPC, they basically said tough luck, I agreed to those charges by using Shop Pay, even though they never clearly spelled that out when I was checking out. This whole lack of transparency and support from TPC has left me feeling super frustrated and bummed out.
