Sizing issue with great customer support
I bought something from this store not long ago, and I had a big problem with the size. The size was totally wrong, which made it really hard to figure out the right one, especially if you're in between sizes. It was kind of disappointing to get something that didn't fit like it should have, because it makes me uncertain about buying from them again. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was. Even though the size was off, the customer service team was super quick in handling my exchange request and they sent me a new one the very next day. I really appreciate how efficient and effective they were in addressing my concern.

I had such an amazing experience with this company! The folks there really know their stuff when it comes to skincare. They hooked me up with a personalized regimen that fits my skin perfectly, which is not something you see every day. Plus, they gave me some extra products that were just what I needed, way better than those basic sets you get elsewhere. When I had to restock and had a question, the customer service rep I talked to was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She not only answered my question, but also gave me some great info on how to score some big discounts. And I love that all their products are cruelty-free. Honestly, my skin has never looked better since I started using their stuff.

Big mess
So, I like, got this thing, but it was all wrong, you know? The people who sell stuff just don't know what they're doing, and then the delivery was wrong too. And those techie guys who come to install it? Yeah, they're clueless. I tried so hard to avoid these problems, but they still happened. Ugh. The folks who send help are nice, I suppose, but they go and dispatch police without even checking with me first. Like, come on! Can we get our act together here? The equipment keeps acting up, the installs are total garbage, and we're still trying to figure out how to use it properly. Sigh.
