    The installation instructions were really bad, and they didn't provide any computer apps for monitoring. There was no phone support, and the tech support via email was not helpful at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

    Sizing issue with great customer support

    I bought something from this store not long ago, and I had a big problem with the size. The size was totally wrong, which made it really hard to figure out the right one, especially if you're in between sizes. It was kind of disappointing to get something that didn't fit like it should have, because it makes me uncertain about buying from them again. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was. Even though the size was off, the customer service team was super quick in handling my exchange request and they sent me a new one the very next day. I really appreciate how efficient and effective they were in addressing my concern.

    I recently bought some anti-aging skincare products from this company, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed by how well they work.     I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the 3D viewer on this platform. It does an amazing job of showing off my hand-modeled 3D meshes and photogrammetry scans. The fact that it lets you view high-quality content right in the browser without needing extra plugins is a game-changer for me.     So, I went to this makeup store because I really needed some new mascara and brow gel. The store had so many cool products, and I ended up getting some really nice stuff. The lady working there was super nice and helped me pick out the best colors for my skin tone. The prices were a bit expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for, right? When I got home, I tried out the mascara and brow gel, and I have to say, they worked like magic! My lashes looked so long and full, and my brows were on point. I'm definitely going to go back there for more makeup in the future!

    I recently had a terrible experience with an online pet care store. I ordered some much-needed products for my furry friend, but got no confirmation of the order. When I reached out to customer service, I got no response. Turns out this company is known for delaying orders, hoping customers will give up so they can keep the money. This sneaky move is not cool, and I won't stand for it. I had to take action and report the company and transaction to my credit card company and the BBB. It's obvious this company doesn't care about their customers or their pets, so I recommend avoiding them.

    I was so happy when my order came a day early, even though they let me know the date and time it would arrive. The bracelet was packaged really well and came in a nice box.     Big mess

    So, I like, got this thing, but it was all wrong, you know? The people who sell stuff just don't know what they're doing, and then the delivery was wrong too. And those techie guys who come to install it? Yeah, they're clueless. I tried so hard to avoid these problems, but they still happened. Ugh. The folks who send help are nice, I suppose, but they go and dispatch police without even checking with me first. Like, come on! Can we get our act together here? The equipment keeps acting up, the installs are total garbage, and we're still trying to figure out how to use it properly. Sigh.
