She was patient, knew her stuff, and was determined to make sure I had a good experience with the company. Ended up deciding to go for a refund, and Ivy made it all super easy. Even though the software didn't meet my expectations, I gotta say, Ivy's top-notch customer service really blew me away.

I really like this mask, it's so simple to use and gives my skin a great glow. The daily cleansing jelly is really gentle on my sensitive skin and leaves it feeling fresh and hydrated. The shipping might be a bit slow, but it's definitely worth the wait!
