So I downloaded this phone app, eh? And you know what? It wouldn't work on my iPhone, can you believe it? I tried to figure it out but it just didn't want to work with the iOS version I had. So I decided to contact customer service, and this super friendly person named Joy was so helpful and gave me a full refund. She was so kind and understanding, she really made my day.
