I recently bought something for an event happening in May, but then I realized the next day that I needed to cancel it. I tried to get in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but every time I called, the line cut out while I was waiting to talk to a real person. When I emailed them, they said they NEVER take cancellation requests. It's made me really frustrated and upset.

I recently picked up some amazing can coolers from this place that are seriously like magic - they never tip over! Also grabbed some handy seafood tools for cracking open crabs and lobsters. The best part is they really care about the environment, which is awesome. And their clothes are super comfy, perfect for fishing trips. Toadfish Outfitters is definitely my top choice for coastal and fishing gear!
