That moment it clicked

Overall

I was midway through my morning routine when I actually noticed the difference — had been using these for a couple weeks after discovering them through my long interest in Ayurveda (since a trip to India about 40 years ago). The Nicumin cleanser felt gentle but thorough, and the Rufolia eye cream softened my tired under-eyes. Not perfect — the eye cream can feel a bit heavy at first and the jar lid is fiddly — but overall my skin looks calmer and I keep coming back.

Mid-jar note

Overall

Halfway through the second jar I realized my routine actually changed. The cream goes on thin, absorbs fast and doesn't leave that greasy film other brands do. My fine lines look softer, skin feels firmer — manageable, not miracle. Eczema flare-ups have been fewer; I haven't needed my prescription as much. I was sceptical after bad experiences with big-name lines, so I'm quietly glad it works and keeps my skin calm.

Caught me off guard

Overall

a tiny sample of a serum surprised me and actually helped my fine lines. Not perfect, but I keep coming back.

Dark oil, mixed feelings

Service

I was a bit on the fence before buying this face oil—liked the brand's moisture cream so I figured why not, but the product photos looked darker than I expected. I waited until I used up other stuff, then finally tried it. First impressions on my skin were okay, actually quite hydrating, so that doubt about performance eased a little. Then the staining happened. Two outfits got marked by this weirdly dark oil and I couldn’t get it out, which brought all my original worries back. I did have a clear sample from the same brand that never stained, so that shows the formula varies. Returned four bottles and the company only sent one full replacement plus a tiny sample—disappointing service. Not perfect, and I'd be careful buying the dark one again.

Surprisingly gentle, actually works

Communication

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered these — just trying to find something more natural, not the usual heavy stuff. I started using the cleanser and face cream about three months ago, morning and night, and my first impression was that the textures were light and the scent was subtle, not in-your-face. After a few weeks the redness around my nose and chin calmed down; I can do short errands without foundation now, which is kind of a relief. The fine line at the front of my neck looks softer too, not gone but definitely less noticeable. The pots last longer than I figured, so you get decent value. Customer support replied quickly when I asked about layering products and gave practical tips, very helpful. It’s not magic but it’s consistent — I’m coming back and will try more from the range.

Consistently reliable, with a couple of caveats

Service

I keep buying from them — their products actually help my chronically dry, sensitive skin. I needed something gentler after a run of greasy, perfumed creams that made my skin flare up, and I’ve been a repeat customer for a few years now. Their ghee-based eye cream and the lip moisturizer are the two items I reach for every single day; the rest I try out when they have sales. Service is easy to get a hold of and helpful — when something didn’t suit me they offered a replacement without fuss, which I appreciated. Not every scent or texture is my cup of tea, but that’s personal, not a sign of poor quality. I do tend to overbuy during discounts and end up sharing with friends, who’ve liked it too. The brand’s Ayurvedic plant focus is actually a draw for me — feels more familiar than random botanicals. Would recommend to anyone wanting simple, reliable skincare with reasonable customer support.

Quietly reliable, with a few caveats

Price

I’m glad I bought these — they actually fit into my day-to-day and do what I want. I’ve been using the eye cream every morning and night, it’s light, not greasy and gives a subtle glow which I appreciate. The neck mask has smoothed a couple of fine lines, nothing dramatic but noticeable when I pay attention. I keep the body oil and lotion on the dresser for after-shower nights, though I’ll admit I’m lazy sometimes and skip it — when I use them my skin drinks it up. It’s not a miracle for my 65-year-old skin, but combined with SPF and a bit of luck it keeps me looking decent. Packaging feels like a small treat, and that matters to me. Only downsides: it’s not cheap and I’d like better value for some products, and I wish the neck mask lasted longer. Still, overall I’m happy it met expectations — pleasantly surprised, really.
