AccommodationSolid tent — I’m glad I bought it. I started using it on a weekend trip in August and the first impression was how heavy-duty the canvas felt. The ventilation windows actually work; I could vent fresh air while it poured. Seams held up, stakes stayed put. Pretty relieved with it.

AccommodationI knew I was happy the night a spring storm howled and the tent barely moved. I needed something after moving to a small Greek island, 200 metres from the sea — a private bedroom and practice spot, plus my lower back hates sleeping on hard floors. Setup is fiddly; our rocky ground meant long heavy stakes. Once pegged down it stood up to 100 km/h gusts, which told me it was worth it. In summer I roll the canvas and live on the mesh — breeze, view, no bugs — and it's become my little studio/bedroom. Not flawless — some seams feel rough — but I'm glad I bought it, honestly.
Rust and grit first, solution later

TransportI opened the boxes on a quiet afternoon and the first thing I noticed was how mangled the outer bags were — rips, scuffs, the kind of folding that tells you the package had a rough trip. When I unzipped the pole bag it felt gritty, like sand and flaking paint on my hands. The poles were scratched up, some end caps were bent and a few sections showed inner surface rust; you could almost hear the roughness when you ran your thumb along them. The groundsheet had odd brownish spots and looked stained in places, not the clean, new-sheen I was expecting. I never even bothered to unzip the main tent bag after seeing all that — decided right away I wouldn’t pitch or risk assembling anything with those poles. I’ve handled a lot of gear and I can tell when something’s been abused vs. fresh from the factory — this felt used, or at least treated badly in transit.

ServiceI was skittish before ordering — moved last month and my bad back meant I needed a sturdy canvas quickly. Eva calmed me down, answered questions patiently, and yes I kept asking the same thing. Service was human and efficient; a little delay on colours but otherwise solid. Not flawless, but exactly what I hoped for. Felt heard, which made the whole thing easier, so I’d order again.

Servicefeels solid, nothing rattling, seams look good. Used it properly on my weekend trip and it did its job. Small emotional note: relief more than joy, honestly — I was relieved they actually sorted it. Customer service turned what could've been a headache into a non-issue, and that matters more than flashy marketing.
