Booking a transfer
Booking a transfer
TransportLet me tell ya, dealing with this company was a complete nightmare, eh. I booked a transfer with them, only to find out that they never passed on the booking to the actual service provider, eh. When I had to cancel, it was a big hassle, and rebooking was no better, eh. The transfer we arranged never showed up because Expedia didn't give them the booking details, eh. It was super frustrating and just a big letdown overall, eh. I would strongly suggest steering clear of this company and investing a bit more in a more dependable service provider, eh.
Shuttle service disappointment
Shuttle service disappointment
TransportThe shuttle service I booked for my trip back from NYC totally stood me up at my hotel, so I had to shell out extra cash for a Lift ride to make it on time. And now the company won't even give me a refund! Their call center folks act like they don't get it whenever things get tough. Seriously, stay far away from these guys – they're nothing but money-hungry crooks who care more about making a buck than taking care of their customers.
Car hire booking issues
Car hire booking issues
TransportI booked a car rental online, but when I got there to pick it up, I had some problems. Even though I had already paid for it, the rental company wouldn't take my payment, which was a big hassle during my trip to Canada. Even when I offered to leave a cash deposit, they still wouldn't give me the car, so I had to rely on public transportation for the whole time I was there.
