AccommodationI booked a hotel for me and my family, but when we got there, it was closed for renovations! We had nowhere to stay and it was a complete disaster. I don't think I'll ever use this website again. It's just not right that they didn't even apologize. I'm so upset!

AccommodationI got to the place I was staying, but turns out it wasn't there anymore. I was stuck, had to spend ages on the phone with Expedia, and ended up having to ask for my money back and depend on the generosity of strangers.
