I just booked some flights on this travel website for a trip and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The airline we got stuck with was no help at all, causing a lot of stress and hassle for me and my group. Even though we paid good money for the flights, the service was subpar and not at all professional. I wouldn't recommend using this service to anyone, it's just not worth the risk of dealing with such an unreliable and untrustworthy company.

The customer service dude was so nice and helpful when I had to cancel my hotel booking last minute. He was able to waive the fee even though it was the day of my stay at the Bromsgrove hotel and spa. He even called the hotel a bunch of times to make sure everything was taken care of. Thanks a ton for your help!

As someone who travels a lot, I've dealt with my fair share of different travel booking sites. But let me tell ya, the last one I tried was a total nightmare. They were so unclear about everything, had terrible customer service, and couldn't even get my bookings right. I was left high and dry, feeling totally frustrated. And when I tried to get a refund for a booking that never went through, all I got back was radio silence from their unhelpful team. It blows my mind that a company like that is still in business, allowed to treat customers so poorly.
