PriceSo, let me tell you about this annoying thing that happened to me recently. I booked a hotel in Edinburgh and got charged twice for it. I tried contacting customer service through phone and email, but no one got back to me. I was so frustrated with the lack of response that I had to go to my bank and file a dispute. It was honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
